Ladies and gentlemen of Iniquity it is my great pleasure to address you all tonight after another successful raid. In a very short time we’ve managed to bring new members into the fold, level them up, and utilize them to great success. We have now added two more targets to our rotation and that means additional progress is soon to follow. When Iniquity returned we barely had more than a group. Tonight we fielded 22 people and the results were clear: this guild is strong.
I cannot understate the amount of pride and awe I have for you all. We have taken a situation that is normally destructive and made it not just bearable but fun. Iniquity has shown that with a positive attitude and a will to excel you can take very little and achieve a lot. All of our hard work is paying off and will continue to do so. We are now at a point of extreme momentum. With each new player that arrives and each piece of gear we are able to press on! And press on we shall!
One year ago exactly we could do little more than clear the Ward of Elements. With the release of Sentinel’s Fate we have progressed from killing Ernax Heridion in Perah’Celsis Abominable Laboratory with nothing but nine under geared players to a full blown raid guild. We still do not have 24 players. We still are under geared and look at what we’ve achieved:

We do this all short handed and in a single raid night. Let no one say that this isn’t an accomplishment. I owe this success directly to each of you as an individual. Every single one of you is important. You’re all a hero who plays at their highest skill level with extreme dedication to the guild. You are amazing people and yet you do not act as individuals. You play unselfishly as an extremely tight knit team. You have my thanks for your continued support.
As we approach the next few months we’ll go from our small group of “shorted handed” players to a full sized guild. Each new addition will be important and will push us further. When I look towards Velious I see a bright future. We will start that expansion as a full sized force and that will drive us to early success. Once more I must say thank you to you all. For your dedication, your patience, and most importantly of all, your friendship.

You’re such a good guild leader. If even half the GLs out there handled themselves with such professionalism and with such good spirits, the MMO-sphere would be a better place. Congrats to everyone in Iniquity! You’re all doing great and, I agree, you’ve all achieved quite an accomplishment.

You really need a guild composer. Someone stirring like Elgar. I can see your guild parading through town after a kill with the band playing the Iniquity anthem.
Anyone you’d like to suggest! I’ve actually been kicking around the idea of having heraldry or a crest made. We could always use an anthem. Our current one is “Eye of the Tiger” (not kidding).
