Fan Faire is coming and coming fast. Several of my guild mates and I will be landing in Vegas to enjoy a few days of rest, drinking, and EQ2 related excitement! It is a long needed vacation in many ways for me. I’m a bit worn out with work and I’m a bit worn out with Epic Slant. I just haven’t been inspired to write anything as of late. Hopefully a trip to meet some of gaming’s finest people will change that. There should be a lot of exciting information coming out about EQ2 and I can’t wait to hear it.
We know we’ll be hearing about the next expansion since it is magically and suddenly coming this year. Most of us expect it to be Velious or part of Velious (a terrible idea). We’ll also have the opportunity to air our grievances and listen impatiently while players from different styles try to explain their own. I mean honestly, who lets you trade skill people into general discussion panels! General discussion means raids! ^_~
If you’re going to Fan Faire and would like to say hello be sure to let me know! I’m already starting to schedule a lot of activities for the guild and myself. Karen and I will be doing a show and interviewing as many passer-byes as we can. If you’d like to be a guest be sure you let us know! Beyond that I’ll be drinking heavily and making friends with anything that moves. That is a full time job in itself. Feel free to say hello to me and any of my guild mates that look comfortable with that sort of thing. We’ll be wearing the blue and white Epic Slant golf shirts. We’ll also be spouting propaganda on why you should join Iniquity. I mean after all… we’ve got shirts!
Beyond that I’ve got an Epic Oversimplification scheduled for next week. If anyone is interested in doing a guest article while I’m gone please let me know.

Really looking forward to this! First time in Vegas for me and only my second fan faire. Meeting people you have played with for years is exciting enough, but add Vegas and EQ2 into that mix and it’s going to be amazing!
