A lot of that looks cool but lets be honest here. Does that not look in every way exactly like World of Warcraft? Look at the UI? How the characters move? Hmm…

Actually, making it as much like WoW as possible but with WH40k stylings is probably the best thing they could possibly do to draw people in. After all, they already have a successful RTS franchise, they don’t need to do that in the MMO.
