Iniquity is recruiting again

If you’re playing EverQuest II, on the Oasis server (or want to transfer (though I can’t recommend that)), enjoy impossible challenges, and like to raid casually you might be interested in this message. Iniquity is looking for some very specific people for a very specific type of guild. We are a small scale, casual raid organization that focuses on playing skillfully but at our own pace. We are made up of professionals, parents, and individuals with busy lives that require us to spend more time out of game than in. We generally raid on Wednesday and Saturday for a couple of hours.

We are looking for like minded individuals who don’t mind the following:
1. We are not nor never will be a competitive raid guild again. We’ve been there, done that, got T-shirts and decided that we don’t want them.
2. We have no interest in recruiting into a full sized guild where you’re forced to associate with players you might not normally. We’re a very tight knit but inclusive bunch. We’re shooting for about 18 players or less. Short-handed victory is our motto and our play style. We do the most we can with as few people as possible without the gear advantage. Instead of going from the top down we work from the bottom up.
3. We don’t treat new players like new players. Once you join us you’re one of the gang. This may mean being privy to playful banter and insanity early on.
4. You must be willing to PUG. In a guild our size we’re not going to have multiple groups running. We might have one or two depending on our tank situation.
5. You must be willing to die repeatedly to something. We’re not hardcore when it comes to time but we are when it comes to progress. We’re not afraid to throw 12 people at a hard group x4 encounter if we have any chance at beating it (and we do defeat things we “shouldn’t be able to”). We push the envelope of being reasonable and we enjoy ourselves while we do it.

If you have an issue with any of those items please do not apply. We’ll waste your time and you’ll waste ours. If you want to join a good bunch of skilled players that attempt things that most people say are impossible we’re the right place for you. We’re looking for players more than classes. Currently another tank or healer would be well received. Any interested party can drop by in game and send a tell to Ferrel, Dresden, Starla/Depain, Jaego or any of our guild mates.
