Avoid singling out individuals publicly that are making mistakes. If you can tell a certain member is doing something that is causing your raid or event to fail call a brief AFK and discuss the issue with them in private messages. Nothing turns a player off quicker than being called out like a child in class. Treating them like an adult and with respect will yield better results. Always remember that in all of your dealings with members. By doing so you’ll be sticking to one of the key tenants of guild leadership.
