Guild Leader tip of the day

The longer you’re a guild leader the easier it can be to forget that your members are actual people behind their character. Don’t ever allow yourself to fall into the rut of treating players like characters or numbers. These people have lives, responsibilities, hopes, goals and dreams. If you treat them like a commodity they will expire like one and leave you with a vacancy in your guild. Treat your guild members like adults, show them the respect they deserve, and in time they will do the same for you. If they don’t you can always get rid of them on your own terms later!
